How to find D365 data cleanup jobs and build your reputation on SIMS TSize.

Step 1Registration

  1. Go to Register page
  2. Enter your email and create a password
  3. Select "Engineer" as your role
  4. Enter your nickname (required, visible to everyone)
  5. Click "Create Account"

Step 2Set Up Your Profile

Complete your profile to attract clients:

  • Nickname — Your public identifier (required)
  • First Name / Last Name — Optional, shown only if you enable public contacts
  • LinkedIn Profile — Highly recommended for credibility
  • Phone — Optional, for direct contact
  • Bio — Describe your D365 experience and expertise
  • Show Contacts — Enable to make your contact info public
Tip:

Engineers with LinkedIn profiles and detailed bios get more job applications accepted.

Step 3Browse Available Jobs

  1. Go to the Jobs Board
  2. Browse open job requests from clients
  3. View anonymous statistics (table sizes, record counts)
  4. Click on a job to see full details

Client identities are hidden. You'll see them only after your application is accepted.

Step 4Apply to Jobs

  1. Open a job that interests you
  2. Click "Apply for this Job"
  3. Write a message explaining:
    • Your relevant experience
    • How you can help with their specific needs
    • Estimated timeline (if applicable)
  4. Submit your application

The client will receive an email notification about your application.

Step 5Connect with Clients

When a client accepts your application:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. The client can now see your contact details
  3. They may contact you directly via email, phone, or LinkedIn
  4. Discuss the project scope and terms directly
Important:

SIMS TSize does not participate in negotiations or payments. All agreements are between you and the client.

Step 6Build Your Reputation

After completing work, clients can leave reviews:

  • Reviews are anonymous by default
  • You can choose to publish reviews on your public profile
  • Published reviews help build trust with future clients
  • Your overall rating (1-5 stars) is displayed on your profile

Engineers with more positive reviews appear higher in the "Top Engineers" section.

Best Practices

  • Complete your profile — Full profiles get more responses
  • Add LinkedIn — It's the main trust signal for clients
  • Write personalized applications — Don't copy-paste
  • Be responsive — Reply quickly when clients contact you
  • Ask for reviews — Remind clients to leave feedback after successful work
  • Contribute to the blog — Share your knowledge to build authority
