We do not participate in any negotiations, agreements, or contracts between clients and engineers.

We do not verify the qualifications, background, or capabilities of engineers registered on our platform. Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any engineer.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any statistics, information, or content shared on this platform.

Client identities are protected through anonymous aliases. Statistics shared through our platform do not contain personally identifiable information about the client's organization.

Engineer contact information is only shared with clients when engineers apply to jobs or when engineers explicitly enable public visibility of their contacts.

All platform features are free to use. We appreciate voluntary donations of 10% from completed contracts between clients and engineers found through our platform. These donations are entirely at the discretion of the parties involved.

There are no mandatory fees, contracts, or obligations associated with using this platform.

SIMS TSize, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of information or services obtained through this platform
• Interactions between clients and engineers
• Quality or outcome of any work performed
• Loss of data, business, or profits
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems

Statistics sent to our platform through the API are stored securely and used only for the purposes of facilitating connections between clients and engineers.

We do not sell or share individual client data with third parties. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be used to improve our services or for educational purposes.
